Edith Mae Nall, age 85 of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Monroe SSM Hospital. She was born on May 13, 1938, the daughter of Fred and Madeline (Pfisterer) Kubly. Edith attended Monticello schools and was united in marriage to Norman Nall on Jan. 27, 1965 in Galena, IL. Together Edith and Norman ran a dairy farm in Adams Township. She was a selfless caretaker always putting others first. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and anything in the outdoors -watching birds and animals, the smell of spring flowers,  the peeping of frogs, but most of all she loved her family.

She is survived by her husband, Norman; three sons, Paul Mudgett, Joel (Lora) Nall, Lance Nall; grandchildren, Alan, Andrew, Melissa, McKenna; two great grandchildren; brother, Herbert; and special niece, Jean Kundert. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Dorothy, Lucille, Zelma, Bob; and daughter-in-law, Kathie.
