Karen Louise Allen

Age 70, of Browntown, WI passed away on March 20 ^th , 2023. Karen was born on April 8 ^th , 1952 the daughter of Colleen and Harold Spease in Platteville, WI. She acquired her GED in 1988 from Blackhawk Technical College. She worked multiple jobs throughout the Platteville and Monroe area before joining Piggly Wiggly in 1998, where she stayed until retirement in 2018. It was shortly after moving to Monroe when she met her partner Jay, the love of her life. Whether it was watching law and crime shows, going to the races or simply snuggling with their cat Tiki, they cherished every moment they had with each other. The other half of her world was filled with love for her daughter Kelsey and granddaughters Laelia and Kaia. The pure joy seen on Karen's face when arriving for a visit with the girls was heartwarming. While the girls may be young, they will forever remember the love Grandma had for them.

She was preceded in death by her parents Colleen and Harold. She is survived by two sisters, one brother, her partner Jay, two daughters, one son and nine grandchildren.
