LeRoy G. Buol

Age 78 of Monroe, died unexpectedly of natural causes on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at his home. LeRoy was born on September 2, 1939 in Monroe, the son of Lawrence and Helena (Boegli) Buol. He married Kathy D. Brauer on November 2, 2002 in Monroe. LeRoy worked at the Joseph Huber Brewing Company in Monroe for 41 years before retiring in 2005. He also built fences for local farmers for many years. He enjoyed fishing, reading, cooking, puzzles, and going on various outings with his wife. He was a member of the Monroe Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

LeRoy is survived by his wife, Kathy Buol of Monroe; five children, Kim Buol (Angelo) of Beloit, Kelly (Scott) Kuebli of McFarland, Jason (Colleen) Buol of Monticello, Ginger (Randy) Stephenson of Monroe, and Janelle (Nick) Weidert of Lake Mills; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers and two sisters.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., at the Kingdom Hall with Mr. Philip Stephenson officiating. Visitation will be at the Kingdom Hall on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. The Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe, is assisting the family.
