Randall S. Shippy

Age 58 of Evansville, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at his home. Randy was born on October 18, 1960 in Monroe, the son of Duane and Mabel (Elmer) Shippy. He graduated from Monroe High School in 1979 and entered the U.S. Army on July 6, 1979. Following his honorable discharge on May 2, 1985, Randy worked at Rayovac in Madison and most recently has been a long time employee of Uniroyal Products in Stoughton. Randy enjoyed computer work, photography, and Biking. He also liked attending flea markets and shopping at Goodwill.

He is survived by his father, Duane Shippy of Monroe; a sister, Lora (Joel) Nall of Argyle; a brother, Scott (Kristine) Shippy of Monroe; nieces and nephews, Jamie (Mike), Justin, Lauryn (Jesse), and Morgan. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mabel in 2012.

Military graveside services will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery, Monroe, with Rev. Randy Booth officiating.
