Robert P. "Bobby" Bennett

Age 35, of Monticello, died unexpectedly on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at his home. Bobby was born on February 21, 1988 in Aurora, IL, the son of Stephen and Lynette (Schwartz) Bennett. He graduated from Monroe High School in 2007. Bobby was currently employed at STM Builders of Monroe.

He is survived by his fiancée, Francesca Swenson and three beautiful children, Bentley, Audrina, and Robert Jr.; his father, Stephen; his paternal grandparents, Robert and Martha Bennett; two sisters, Nicole (Zack) VanBeek and Angel Bennett (Cory Schultz-Lincicum); a nephew, and many nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lynette; maternal grandparents, Peter and Patricia Schwartz; and an uncle, Don Bennett.

A celebration of Bobby's life will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Sinner's Bar, 1428 17 ^th Street, Monroe. Condolences may be shared at www.newcomerfuneralhome.net
